From concept to completion our experienced, in-house creative design team will create a style to complement your business. Whether by phone, or in our office, consultations are a great way for us to get a feel for your business or project, define your aims, and discuss the process so you know what to expect. You will have direct contact with our designers at the start and throughout the process.
With a good understanding of your requirements, we start our creative process. We will design, develop, refresh or enhance your concept to provide you with a professional, attractive and results driven design solution.
Once your design has been created we will send you an electronic proof. This is an essential stage in the process as we require approval before moving forward. You can approve your design for print or request changes to the design and content if required.
Please be aware that a delay in approval of the proof or further proof adjustments will affect print production and therefore your final delivery deadline.
Upon approval of your artwork, our production team can begin work on your order. Our design and production teams work closely to ensure high quality output and a product you will love.
From approval of proof, we have print and dispatch options for your orders of between 4hrs* to 3 working days for most products. Orders with special requirements may take longer and we will advise if your order meets this criterion.
We will then deliver your products to you. We have Same Day and overnight delivery options and can assist in sorting emergency deliveries where required.
If you prefer, you can collect from our Print Shop in Sandton, Johannesburg. Print ready digital files are available to you as agreed at your initial consultation.
