Artwork requirements
- Supply a press-quality PDF at full size or to scale, with fonts outlined.
- Images at 100 to 150 dpi at full size; logos in vector for step-and-repeat designs.
- Keep important content above about 500 mm from the floor, where it will not be hidden by people or decor.
- Allow a 50 mm safe zone from all edges and account for pole pockets in the design size.
- For step-and-repeat, size logos so at least two full repeats appear in a typical head-and-shoulders photo.
- Avoid glossy-looking dark blocks in the centre if flash photography is planned.

Turnaround options
Standard turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Express places your backdrop ahead in the queue when your event is close. Same-day production may be possible for PVC or banner backdrops in standard sizes with print-ready artwork, approved and paid for before the configured cutoff, subject to capacity, material and stand stock. Fabric backdrops that need sublimation and sewing, oversized prints that need joins, pole pockets, design work from scratch and multiple backdrops typically need express or standard turnaround. Production completion and delivery arrival are separate.

This service is priced by quotation so we can match the exact specification, quantity and finishing. Request a quote. Same-day orders add the 40% Same-Day Priority Production surcharge on the eligible production subtotal.
Same-day conditions
- Material and any stand you require must be in stock.
- Artwork must be print-ready and approved before the configured cutoff.
- Fabric backdrops with sewing usually require express or standard.
- Custom design or editing of party artwork may move a job off same-day.
- Full payment must be received before same-day production starts.
